Bases / Rules:
· El propósito de la muestra es la presentación de videos musicales, buscando destacar la calidad y la congruencia entre tema, imagen y sonido dentro de la producción de video.
· The goal for this music-video review is to search quality and achievement for a perfect match between subject, image and sound in a video production.
· Convocatoria abierta a todos los interesados mayores de edad en participar en la muestra de video "Fusion Audio & Video" a realizarse en la ciudad de Hermosillo, México.
· Open for all interested adult people to participate in the "Fusion Audio & Video" video review at Hermosillo city, Mexico.
· Cada video deberá ser registrado en la página web de Stage Ticket (www.stageticket.com), una vez registrado el participante recibirá por e-mail su kit de registro.
· For each video must be filled the register form at Stage Ticket website (www.stageticket.com), and registrants will receive the documentation kit by e-mail.
· El registro de videos es gratuito y no existe ningún costo para participar.
· Registry and participation are for free.
· Se aceptarán como máximo 3 producciones por artista participante y deberán enviarse por separado cada una incluyendo su kit de registro.
· No more than three productions can be submitted by artist and each one in a single DVD enclosed with their corresponding documentation kit.
· Todo el material involucrado en la producción del video deberá ser inédito y registrado por los derechos de autor.
· All artistic material involved in the music-video production must be unpublished and copyrighted.
· Todo video deberá haber sido producido entre el día 1 de Enero de 2007 y el día 31 de Agosto de 2008.
· Submitted video will be accepted if produced between January 1st, 2007 and August 31th, 2008.
· Todo video debe llegar acompañado del kit de registro proporcionado por Stage Ticket y cualquier omisión en la documentación será motivo de descalificación automática del video.
· Submitted video will be sent with the documentation kit received from Stage Ticket and any missing information in documentation requested will result in an automatic disqualify of the video production.

· La fecha límite para enviar producciones será el día 31 de Agosto de 2008 y serán aceptadas después de la fecha límite si fueron enviados máximo en esta fecha y consta en el sello postal o recibo de paquetería o mensajería.
· Deadline is August 31th, 2008 for production submit and will be accepted after dead line if sending date is officially registered by postal service or delivery company until deadline.
· Los participantes autorizan que las producciones recibidas sean transmitidas por televisión e Internet por Stage Ticket.
· Registrants authorize to broadcast the video on T.V. and Internet by Stage Ticket.
· Las producciones recibidas serán evaluadas por un comité para ser aceptadas del 11 al 30 de Septiembre de 2008.
· Submitted productions will be qualified by a committee to be admitted between September 11th and September 30th, 2008.
· Se notificará a los participantes su entrada a la ronda eliminatoria entre los días 1 y 8 de Octubre de 2008 mediante correo electrónico y publicado en el sitio web de Stage Ticket.
· All registrants selected will be notified about passing to the eliminatory round between October 1st and October 8th, 2008 by e-mail and published in Stage Ticket website.
· El público votará mediante Internet en el sitio web de Stage Ticket por su video favorito para una promoción especial en cada una de las diez categorías correspondientes a los catálogos de Stage Ticket. Los resultados podrán ser consultados en el sitio web de Stage Ticket y serán dados a conocer el día de la final.
· People can vote for a favorite video at Stage Ticket website for special promotion in each of ten categories corresponding to the Stage Ticket artist catalogs. Results can be followed at Stage Ticket website and published in the final round date.
· Las eliminatorias se llevarán a cabo del 9 al 22 de Octubre de 2008, un comité seleccionará las mejores producciones para pasar a la ronda final.
· The eliminatory round will be from October 9th to October 22th, 2008 selecting the best productions by a committee for final round pass.
· Se notificará a los participantes de su paso a la ronda final entre el 23 y el 29 de Octubre de 2008 mediante correo electrónico y publicado en el sitio web de Stage Ticket.
· All registrants selected will be notified about passing to the final round between September 23th and October 29th, 2008 by e-mail and will be published in Stage Ticket website.
· La ronda final será el día 10 de Noviembre de 2008, un comité seleccionará las 5 mejores producciones en un evento público con la proyección de todas las producciones finalistas.
· The final round is scheduled by November 10th, 2008 a committee will select the best 5 submitted productions in a public presentation and playing all finalist.
· Se notificará a los finalistas seleccionados entre el 11 y el 13 de Noviembre de 2008 mediante correo electrónico para que confirmen su asistencia a la ceremonia de entrega de reconocimientos y publicado en el sitio web de Stage Ticket.
· All registrants selected will be notified about the final round results between October 11th and November 13th, 2008 by e-mail to confirm attending to the official ceremony for winners and published in Stage Ticket website.
· La ceremonia de entrega de reconocimientos se realizará el día 30 de Noviembre de 2008. Las producciones seleccionadas serán transmitidas y promocionadas en un programa de videos en la televisión mexicana durante 6 meses y tendrán la invitación para presentarse en conciertos y festivales musicales organizados por Stage Ticket.
· The award ceremony is scheduled by November 30th of 2008 and the selected productions will be broadcasted and promoted on Mexican TV for at least 6 months. The artists will be invited to play in concerts and music festivals organized by Stage Ticket.
· Los fallos de los comités serán inapelables.
· All decisions by committees are final and unquestionable.
· Cualquier aspecto no considerado en estas bases será resuelto por el comité organizador con carácter de inapelable.
· Unconsidered aspects in this rules will be solved by organizing committee and will be unquestionable.
· No se permitirá la participación a miembros de Stage Ticket y sus familiares, ni artistas producidos por Stage Ticket.
· It is not allowed the participation of Stage Ticket members and their families or any artist produced by Stage Ticket.
